Executive Briefing
Particularly for companies or organisations that are considering a diversity initiative, DiversiPro provides a briefing on the issues of diversity and possibilities for constructive change. This may be preceded by interviews and surveys that help to establish the “diversity coefficient” of the company. An Executive Briefing of two to four hours is designed to provide clarity of key diversity and inclusion concepts and an introduction to the Six Cylinders™. The focus is on how diversity and inclusion initiatives can help to meet organizational goals.
Senior Team Orientation
A full-day session for Senior Executive Team includes shared understanding of the key concepts and an examination of the organization through the Six Cylinders™. The focus is on developing skills that will make organizational leaders more Culturally Competent as well as confidential Self Assessments for each Member of the Team.
Diversity Business Assessment
How are we doing? How do we compare with competitors and to other similar organisations? What are the diversity business opportunities inside and outside the organisation? DiversiPro will help find answers to these questions using a choice of methods and analysis appropriate to the company.
Developing a Strategic Plan
DiversiPro uses a unique management method called “Diversity on Six Cylinders™” that helps to plan a comprehensive and effective diversity program. Managing a company change is never easy, but Six Cylinders™ makes it easier to measure and control. The process includes creating benchmarks, finding practical measurements and objectives that link diversity and business success.
Making an Operational Plan
Not everything can be done at once. Sometimes small steps have to take place before the bigger ones are possible. DiversiPro will help devise an action plan that will provide immediate benefits and work steadily toward longer term goals.
