Ellen is an insights specialist with over 30 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. She created Quadra Research in 1998 to provide research support to organizations who do not have an inside research department, and works closely with both clients and research suppliers. On the qualitative side, Ellen has moderated hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews across Canada and globally. Her quantitative work focuses on identifying unmet needs, understanding the implications of organizational culture and philosophy, and providing input for long-term strategic planning. Projects range from employee programs and satisfaction, to membership value. Ellen holds a BA in English Literature, is a Certified Advertising Agency Practitioner (CAAP) and a trained moderator. She is also actively involved in the Brand Evaluation Committee for the Standards Council of Canada.
