About Evariste Salndjoukou

Associate

Evariste is a bilingual (English and French) Coach, Mediator and Conflict Management Practitioner. He applies his knowledge of organizational behaviour, labour relations, leadership development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion when coaching managers and executives and mediating workplace conflicts.

Evariste holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations, majoring in International Law and Diplomacy.  He successfully completed the Human Intervention Laboratory Program with the Centre for Human Relations and Community Studies at Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.   He was awarded a scholarship to study the Leading Inclusively Lab with Cultivating Leadership.  Evariste is also a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® and has extensive experience in conflict coaching and facilitating.

He participates as a panelist and delivers keynote addresses at conferences and webinars. He is a curriculum contributor, guest lecturer at St. Paul University School of Conflict Studies, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Evariste is currently a member of the Council on Race, Equity and Inclusion at the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School Affiliate.  His services include: training; workshops; presentations; advice on diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism; mentoring and coaching.
