Why is it important to track and measure employees experiences as well as demographic data?

In today’s social environment, it’s no longer good enough to only measure the representation of the diverse groups in the workplace. It’s vitally important to know how that diversity is being leveraged to benefit the organization and its employees – true inclusion. Demographic information is only one part of a larger DEI story that an organization can tell about itself.
