Our Services

Who We Are

DiversiPro offers fresh thinking and new approaches to diversity and inclusion strategies and management. Organizational leaders from a wide range of sectors consider DiversiPro a “trusted advisor” on issues that matter.

Our Approach

Intercultural competence is at the core of what we do. DiversiPro defined intercultural competence as having the capability to shift cultural perspective and change behaviors when encountering cultural and identity-based differences and commonalities.

Key Principles Guiding Our Work

Solid experience

All forms of racism are systemic and therefore deeply embedded within our institutions and culture. Systemic problems require systemic solutions including time and resource commitment.

Communications expertise

The work must be informed and guided by people with lived experiences – “nothing about us, without us.”

Intersectional

The work must be intersectional – it must recognize and address the multiple forms of oppression that operate together to create compounded experiences of discrimination (e.g., racism, sexism, ableism, and transphobia).

Real Change

Systems are designed to resist change and maintain the status quo. DiversiPro uses a developmental approach to challenge and guide organizations outside their comfort zone where real change can happen.

Engagement

Moving away from token “consultations” to meaningful community engagement – a more collaborative approach that recognizes the inherent wisdom and capacity of people to create and lead their own solutions.

Accessibility

Accessibility must be embedded through inclusive design that looks at removing all barriers to meaningful participation, every step of the way.
