Review of policies pertaining to recruitment, selection, retention, and promotion as well as any policies and practices that relate to IDEA elements including human rights and accessibility policies will be a baseline assessment vis-à-vis industry benchmarks.

Our policy review team analyzes and reports on gaps within the policy and practice body, with consideration to the impact on the experience of Indigenous, Black and other equity-seeking groups.

Key considerations are also given to compliance with human rights and accessibility standards, as well as any provincial and federal principles articulated with respect to IDEA.
