Nicole La Roche brings more than 20 years of experience leading Corporate Communications and Organizational Change Management initiatives for corporations in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Understanding what motivates people and helping them navigate through change is at the heart of her work.

Her expertise in executive communications counsel has also enabled her to advise leaders on how to amplify their message, build stakeholder trust and reach more people to inspire positive change.
In addition to holding degrees in Communications and French Studies, Nicole earned her certification in Diversity & Inclusion Leadership from Cornell University and is also a certified Personal Empowerment Coach.
